Wassim Benzarti is a lawyer at the Paris Bar practicing in Morocco specializing in business law

Wassim Benzarti is a graduate of the prestigious HEC Paris Grande École program, where he also specialized in legal and tax strategy. He further enhanced his expertise by studying law and international taxation at the University of Paris II-Assas.

Currently, he heads the Rabat office of Westfield.

Mr. Benzarti began his legal career at the Hauts-de-Seine Bar before joining the Paris Bar in 2020. He has substantial experience as a lawyer at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in France, where he provided counsel to a leading industrial group in the phosphates sector (OCP) on numerous large-scale transactions both in Morocco and internationally.

As a registered lawyer with the Paris Bar authorized to handle personal data under the RGPD (European Data Protection Regulation), Mr. Benzarti is qualified to serve as a Data Protection Officer for various companies. In this role, he ensures compliance with the RGPD and conducts independent audits to certify these organizations, with oversight of the resources under his management.

Additionally, Mr. Benzarti holds a graduate degree in management and project management from HEC Paris, recognized as the best management school in France and the second-best in Europe by the Financial Times in 2022. He also earned a certificate in Project Management from the University of California.
